Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe the problem the way you'd explain it to a friend. We ask follow-up questions in plain language.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. Builds have a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, from $299 for a Quick Fix. See pricing.
How fast is it?
Typically 1-2 days for a Quick Fix and 3-7 days for a Standard Build after you approve the plan.
What if it doesn't work the way I need?
Every build includes acceptance tests you agree to upfront and two rounds of revisions. Bigger changes are quoted separately, never added without your OK.
Do I have to replace my current software?
Usually not. Most fixes work alongside the tools you already use.
What happens to my data?
It's used only for your problem and deleted after delivery. See Your data stays yours.
