Delete my data

Enter the email you used with us. We'll email that address a confirmation link. Once you click it, your intake answers, uploaded files and messages are permanently deleted right away. The link only goes to that address, so nobody else can delete your data.

We keep only a one-way fingerprint of the request (not your email) so we can show the request was completed, plus any records the law requires (for example invoices for paid work). You can also email hello@problemsolvedhq.com.
