Simple, fixed prices. No surprises.
You know the price before we start. You sign off on exactly what we'll build. If you want something extra later, we quote it first. Nothing goes on your bill without your OK.
Pick the size of the fix
Not sure which one you need? You don't have to choose. Describe the problem and we'll tell you which tier it fits, with a written price.
Quick Fix
One annoying problem, fixed fast.
- A spreadsheet that does the math for you
- Cleaning up and merging messy customer lists
- A simple form, report or reminder
Usually ready in a few days.
Standard Build
A real tool your team uses every day.
- Crew scheduling and route planning
- Catching up on missed or rained-out visits
- Owner dashboards built from your own data
Usually 1–3 weeks. Most of our work lands here.
Complex System
Several connected pieces, multiple branches, or links to other software.
- Starts with a paid Discovery (see below)
- Built in stages with check-ins
- Price set in writing before each stage
Timeline agreed during Discovery.
We host it, keep it running, fix anything that breaks and make small tweaks. Cancel anytime. You don't need it, but most owners like not having to think about it.
For complex work, we first spend focused time with you and your files to write the exact plan (the spec). The full Discovery fee is credited toward your build if you go ahead. If you don't, you keep the written plan.
How every project works
Plain answers
What is a "fixed-scope spec"?
A one or two page document you sign before we start. It lists what we'll build, the information you'll give us, how we'll both know it works (the "acceptance criteria"), and what isn't included. The price is fixed for exactly that.
What if I want changes?
Two revision rounds are included. A revision round is one batch of adjustments to what we delivered, like "move this column" or "group the totals differently," as long as it fits the signed spec.
What if I think of something new halfway through?
That happens. We call it a change request. We'll write down what it is and send you a separate price. Nothing changes and nothing is billed until you say yes.
How do I pay?
Usually half to start and half when you accept the finished work. Payments go through Stripe.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send us a spreadsheet and answer a few questions, that's enough.
