The problem
Rain days and call-outs push monthly visits into the next month. Overdue work gets mixed in with new work, and managers rebuild schedules by hand.
What we built
A planner that imports spreadsheets, checks every row, schedules visits around skills, equipment, shifts and locked appointments, carries unfinished work into the new month, and replans a rain day in one click with a clear list of what cannot fit and why.
Outcome
On fictional sample data (3 branches, 15 technicians, 240 properties): all carried-over visits scheduled in the first days of the week, rain-day replan in about 20 ms, and no rule violations in the automated checks. No real-world savings are claimed.
