Commercial and residential cleaning: fix what slows your team down
Cleaning companies juggle recurring cleans, staff availability and last-minute changes from clients.
Problems we hear about
Call-outs leave gapsWhen a cleaner is out, finding who can cover, with keys and access, is a phone scramble.
Recurring schedules driftWeekly and monthly cleans get skipped or doubled when schedules are edited by hand.
Quality checks are inconsistentInspection notes and client complaints are scattered, so patterns are missed.
Supplies run outSupply usage per site is unknown until someone runs out.
What you would need to start
Client sites with frequencies and access notes, staff availability, and your current schedule. Nothing else is required for a free written assessment.
How it works
Describe the problem, get a written assessment, approve a fixed-scope proposal, and we build, test and ship the fix. Exclusions and acceptance tests are written down before you pay.
Questions
Do you store client access codes?
Only if a proposal requires it and you agree; we prefer referencing your existing system and keep data minimal.
Can staff use it on their phones?
Where a fix needs field use, we design for phones first. It is scoped in the proposal.
